Terms and Conditions of the Sale (Please Print this page when you order.) 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you receive from the BESTBUY AUDIO, you may return the products within the first 30 Days for a full refund of the purchase price. Sorry, the freight and handling charges are nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned via an insured carrier, freight prepaid, with all original packaging, owners/installation manuals, and accessories, and must be in resalable condition in order to receive your refund. We will deduct from the refund for any missing components. Please forward these returns to:

OUR STANDARD WARRANTY


BESTBUY AUDIO offers a full 90 day warranty on all the products we carry. During the first 90 days from the purchase date, please direct your defective returns to:

During the first 90 days from the purchase date, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or credit your defective merchandise. After the first 90 Days, simply email us at SALES@BESTBUYAUDIO.COM for information on where to return your product. We will provide you with a manufacturers address, or address for a warranty center to process your return. Most product carries a warranty of a minimum of 1 year from the manufacturer.

Please note:
1) You must return the products freight prepaid and insured. We do not accept COD shipments.
2) Only defective merchandise can be returned after the first 30 days. If the returned merchandise is found to be in working condition, it will be returned to you freight collect.
3) All returns must be returned in the original packaging, with all packaging material, owners/installation manuals, and accessories in order to be processed promptly. Merchandise not returned complete will be subject to a 15% repacking fee (with higher charges applicable for major components that may be missing).
4) Should the merchandise returned be determined to be in nonworking condition due to customer neglect or abuse, we will return it to you, freight collect, with an address to return your product to for repair. There will be additional charges from the repair center if the product has been neglected or abused.
5)BESTBUY AUDIO reserves the right to substitute your defective products with a similar model of equal or greater value. You will be notified before such a substitution is made.
6) Your return will be processed immediately upon receipt. Please include any special instructions, your name and return address, as well as a description of the defect with the returned products. You should receive your replacement unit (where applicable) within 2 weeks. Units requiring repair will take 6-8 weeks for processing.
